Training Details
We’re not here to overwhelm you with jargon or long-winded training days. We’re here to make HR simple, approachable, and effective. Our clients stay with us because we take the time to understand their business, their people, and what actually works in the real world.
Under the Workers Protection Act 2024, all employers must actively prevent sexual harassment (and other forms of harassment) from taking place in the workplace. This training will explore the key areas of the Equality Act 2010 including discrimination, victimisation, bullying and harassment (including sexual harassment) as well as address employee responsibilities under the new law, key issues you may recognise within your workplace and how to report incidents. Following this training video, there is a quiz for which you must achieve the pass rate of 90% in order to pass this training. Upon completion of the training you will be awarded a certificate for your records. This training is valid for one year from the pass date.
This is ideal for employees, either as an induction, refresher or initial introduction to the topic and employee responsibilities. This training can also be used for management who require a refresher although we advise management to attend the Level 2 course first, which covers how to manage reports and support employees when incidents arise, as well as manager and employer responsibilities which differ to those of an employee under the new law.
For more comprehensive training that can be tailored to your company and industry, please contact We do HR directly on enquiries@wedohr.co.uk and include your company name, number of employees and managers/supervisors/directors and the best number to contact you on.
